I was in a very dark place financial and subsequently a dark place mentally. Getting in touch with Payplan was the best thing I’ve ever done. The process was quick, simple and hassle free. My case manager was so supportive. If I had a query, the response was almost immediate. I’m now so much happier, I sleep at night and I feel like I’ve got my life back. Thank you Payplan. Having had debts for several years, Payplan plus have taken an enormous pressure off me with their service at a time when I was at my wits end laden with notifications of repossessions & debt collectors. Amazing & efficient support all at levels.

Unfortunately I got made redundant & spent months trying to negotiate with my bank who I had been with for 35years as I took on a new role but a quarter of my salary. It was so stressful loosing my job but also trying to manage my debts which was all new and a terrible journey for me where I had been with my company 35 years!
