After a few years of anxiety and sleepless nights after coming out of a coercive relationship and left in debt later in life the way in which I was dealt with by members of your team was amazing. Although they can't remove your debt, not that they should. They do remove that crippling feeling when you find yourself over your head. Always helpful, understanding compassionate. Cannot recommend them enough if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in need. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

A weight was lifted after speaking to Payplan

I was at the point where I was insolvent. I couldn't pay any of my bills and was completely stressed by calls and threats from credit card companies. After one conversation with Payplan I felt like a weight had need lifted and I slept properly for the first time in months. Now I only have a couple of years left to be debt free. PAYPLAN PLUS simply the best !!!!

Over the years my debts were spiralling out of control.I had never been in this situation before but my wages just did not cover the bills so I ended up borrowing tginking i could handle it on my own ! But i couldnt !! Causing me me anxiety and breakdowns. But then I discovered PAYPLAN PLUS and they have changed my life for the better.All their staff are so friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable talking to them.They do not judge you for your circumstances! They talk to you like a normal human being and make you feel life is more living then burying your head in the sand like I began to do.I no longer panic about that knock on door as I know payplan are there sorting everything out for me.They are absolutely amazing and I thank them and all their staff for all they are doing for me and the constant communication we have together through their app, email and phone calls.so I'm always in the loop. I was in real financial difficulty borrowing off Peter to pay Paul,my husband had been laid off with no redundancy pay I was part time dinner lady ,with a 4 and 6 year old ,really struggling with debt ,,but after2 years of hardship I got in touch with money advice in Birmingham, they went through all our outgoings and incoming, and after all that found payplan for us,and they went through the same and took all our creditors names and put it all in one monthly payment ,I never looked back ,and you don't miss that one monthly payment on the same date every month, instead of one payment on ehe beginning of the month then another inmiddle and one another date ,payplan really helped me get my financial side to our lives in order ,without payplan I probably would have been in a mental state or worse early grave ,thank you payplan especially Luis and ricardo thank you both for following this all the way until now Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
