Payplan was very helpful from start to finish without being judgemental. They were very empathetic and patient in explaining the pros and cons of taking the decision of taking a IVA. There are times when I could not manage my finances again during my IVA and they helped me through that phase as well. Would recommend them to others struggling with managing their finances. I was struggling with credit card and loan debts but fortunately PayPlan was recommended to me by my bank and they have been a life saver. Straight-Up Debt Management

PayPlan is a great service to get your debt under control and see those dark clouds slowly passing. Aside from the annual reviews, this is a mostly effortless process to clear your debt and get back into a worry-free existence. Talking to someone about debts is one of the most scariest experiences ever, the shame and guilt you feel for getting into that situation the thoughts of people judging you however Payplan from the first phonecard eased that worry, straight away they were understanding, supportive and friendly they never once made me feel ashamed. I've been with them a few years now and they have always listened and provided solutions making sure you pay suitable amounts that are realistic.
