Understanding and helpful!

From day one Payplan have been understanding and so helpful in the course of trying to get my finances back on track, Always answer any questions I may have and always seek out the best information that’s the most suited to my circumstance. Relief - not just debt relief

Like others I got into financial difficulties following the 2008 crash. As things got worse, with no help from the bank or card provider (in fact the opposite), I heard about Payplan. Their people were friendly, put me at ease and helped formulate a plan. While paying my debts (I never did want to not pay them) I have now rebuilt my credit rating, and can sleep at night. Life changing

I seriously don't know what I would of done without Payplan and all their help. They have been truly amazing since making that very first phone call. Everyone I have dealt with has bees extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. I have had so much help from them and they make everything so easy and understanding. Monet anxiety lifted

Things became hard when my partner had to go in for surgery over Christmas and had to take time off work, so money got real tight but PayPlan helped me figure out the best course of an toon to ease my anxiety over paying creditors back. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so kind, understanding of my situation and helpful in explaining every step that will take place. They’ve kept me updated on progress and how things are going and it’s made me feel lighter than I have in a while. Financial worries no more

I was really struggling with my debt and was in a bad way both financially and mentally. I just couldn't afford to pay off all my debt. Was recommended by a friend to give payplan a call. Am so glad I did the process was so easy the customer service was second to none from the first time I rang until. They set up my IVA in no time and delt with all my creditors. Just knowing I have only a few more years left on the plan is amazing. Thanks to them my life was with loving again. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
