Have manage to finally come to an end on my DMP with payplan in 4mons. The Payplan team had been a great part on my goal of a debt free life, and they have been there along the way to guide and help me with their advice and manageable repayments that I can actually afford. A way out but customer service needs improvement

Initially when I contacted PayPlan I was really impressed and I honestly can’t tell you how much all has been such a huge weight and stress off of my shoulders, however once my plan was all in place, that initial excellent customer service doesn’t seem to have been matched when I’ve got in touch via emails and messaged on the app, which is pretty disappointing. Your plans are a way out of what can feel like a helpless and impossible situation, then to not have someone there to answer any questions moving forward it a worry. Hopefully it has just been a blip, as initially was so impressed. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

As you all know debt is something that eats away at you, you feel like a You stick in a hole with no escape, but contacting pay plan was the best decision I made, and immediately took so much weight off my shoulders and I can’t begin to explain how relaxed I have been since having my IVA accepted, there always here to help me with money worries and questions I may have, even helping me for when my daughter is due in the coming months.
