BRILLIANT!

Payplan put me on the road to recovery...i don't know what i would have done without them...the staff are lovely...friendly and make it so much easier...top marks from me. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Help was there when needed

This organisation has helped me and my family through the despair of not knowing what was going to happen to us through debt, no financial company would help including a bank that I was a customer of for over 20 years. They have helped me get back my life back and get organised with debts that I am managing to pay back at a manageable rate. If they were not around myself and my family would have lost everything through the greed of the banks selfishness. Payplan have helped and are still helping us organise our debts, by arranging a manageable payment to our creditors that we can afford. Thankyou Payplan Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

We don't know where we would be if we hadn't dealt with payplan

We were In an endless spiral of debt...couldn't see a way out....then we were introduced to payplan....our saviour. All this started in February 2020 just before covid struck. We were on the way to being already sorted. Thank goodness we were....life is so much better now.We owe a massive debt of gratitude to the professional way in which we were dealt with not only about our money,but also about our state of mind and wellbeing . Changed my life

A problem shared is a problem halved

I think the best way to describe how PayPlan helped me is not just practically but emotionally too. The feeling of shame, disgust, guilt, failure, no way out weighed down on me. Making the call - traumatic - took me weeks to get the courage but as soon as the call was answered and I mean as soon as the call was answered I began to feel that there was hope. I wasn’t alone but most importantly there was no tutting, no judgment just the teasing out of information, really gently as I was a blubbering mess of emotions. It was such a weight off my shoulders it is so hard to describe. I felt I could breathe again. I am so thankful that I called PayPlan. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
