Best thing ive done

After going through a divorce and then having to find a new home for me and my 5 sons i found mysrlf in a lot of mess financially my ex had left a lot of debt which snowballed and then depression set in worse and worse but then i saw something about help that i could get to get my life back on track. The lady i first spoke to was so understanding and helpful and throughout whole process people have been helpful. Im almost through the otherside of the experience and i not sure where i would have been if i hadnt contacted payplan for there help. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Help to live again

When I had a mental health breakdown at work, I struggled to maintain the payments to store credit, credit cards and loans. I was off work for several months and was on a vastly reduced income. I eventually contacted PayPlan and from the beginning they were extremely helpful and supportive. They contacted all my creditors and agreed an affordable payment plan. That was over 3 years ago, I still have mental health issues and after trying to continue at work I eventually left due to ill health 12 months ago. PayPlan have continued to be supportive and helpful. In a nutshell they have helped me to live again. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

A lifeline in a sea of debt

After being made redundant, despite my positive attitude things began to spiral and I could t make all my payments. I turned to my family to borrow the money to make my payments but this only lasted for so long, eventually the money ran out. I spoke to my lenders but they became impatient, Payplan stepped in, made me feel reassured, didn’t judge me and made the process unbelievably simple. Life and home saver

From start to finish they listen, are positive, non judgmental and make a plan that helps you to keep your life for you and your family on track. The big thing is they deal with everyone for you taking a massive amount of pressure and stress away but happily you also feel like your creditors are encouraged to understand that you are trying to do the best for them too, by reducing your debts!!
