We Was in a terrible mess and sinking into a financial hole following the credit crunch in 2008/9. Things looked completely hopeless for us. We Contacted Payplan and they explained everything clearly and with empathy. They made contact with all the creditors and we’ve never been hassled by any of them. Whenever I have contacted pay plan with any concerns or issues with payments they reply quickly and give me all the advice and guidance I need. You only pay what you can afford and that helps so people can still have a life whilst paying off debts. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
