Was so ill worried about finances. Spoke to different people at payplan and am now on the road to recovery the staff were amazing and sorted all my debt problems thanks to all of them. I would recommend payplan to anyone instead of making yourself ill Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

No empathy

Some staff were not patient and no empathy. When I contacted them, they got annoyed. They don’t understand some clients have mental problems. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Simple effective reassuring when in difficult place

When you get into financial difficulty and the banks are not really helping. PayPlan are they with simple effective advice and provide a realistic support to help you into the future with a named person t speak too and keep you informed. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Pretty much saved my life!

I made bad decisions after bad decisions... Used debt to pay debt and was drowning under it all and beginning to suffer from depression.
