Fantastical customer care!!

Extremely good customer service and they put you at ease and within a few minutes from feeling like Iv been swallowed up by a black hole of financial debt it could see a future which was quite liberating and emotional release and understanding that people do care and are there to help. Amazing/Easy To Use/Reassuring

I always worried about entering into a DMP, but PayPlan made everything so easy. Their App is really easy to use. You can monitor payments and see the amount you owe go down per month. If I’ve ever had an issue or worry with anything, I’ve had a response within less than 24 hours. Great customer service. If bills change it’s so easy to update your plan. Excellent company and saved my life

I was struggling massively with debt and affording all my different monthly debts, payplan helped me budget and helped me put my life first, I.e food bills rent gas etc, due to not being able to afford food due to these debts. Now I'm living an extremely happy life and affordable monthly outcome with payplan! Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

I have recommended pay plan to friends and family and I will still do. Payplan has helped me to put together all my debts and calculate how much I should pay per month after working out my income and expenditure. A few offers have been explained to me and I chose the DMP which suits my family and I could change my mind and choose another one or if my income changes we would always negotiate and work with changing income Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
