Most humane and supporting attitude to clients.

We contacted PayPlan at the most desperate time of our life when we could not find a solution to our debt problems. The support we received surpassed our expectation and with that we had started to live a little again. Our endless thanks to PayPlan. Reviewed on: 29th August 2021

Peace of mind, Start at PayPlan

I am so pleased to found PayPlan, my experience with PayPlan was so amazing - the customer offered me the help that I need to solving my situation. The caring voice on the phone , via email, understanding my problem and then solved it with theirs professional skills, handling my situation with friendly and kinds. They have been so helpful. Lots of time and care

Lots of time and care taken to set up the account, over 3 hrs on the initial set up calls but once its set that's it. If you end up having additional debs crop up you can add them in and shuffle the payments again no problem. Finally if like us 1 us in debt and the other isn't, you do have to set up a family plan if you live together, my partner said she didn't want her bills to suffer because of my debt, so they are on the plan as much as my debt but her income covers her debt and mine pays pay plan who only contacted my creditors to discuss fairer payments and time to repay. Stress releaving

The staff are absalute professionals, always within reach for any queries or questions you may have. Sounds crazy, I would go so far as to call the team I have pefsonaly delt with, life savers. Reviewed on: 28th August 2021

Excellent customer service

After months of sleepless nights worring how I was going to make ends meet I was put in touch with PayPal. I cannot fault the help that they gave myself, they were very patience with myself as I'm not very good with emails. At my lowest point in life and I mean my lowest point I thought I was going to lose my home, car and job. I felt like I had nothing left to live for. PayPal people advised me about the options I had, options I didn't even know existed. They gave me choices and helped me with a solution to my debt problems. I am now on a affordable payment plan and life once again is beginning to become more like living all thanks to the help and support these lovey people gave me.
