When I was at rock bottom,they help me sort some kind of payment ,they are always there at the other end of the phone no long waiting in a queue I do not know if it was not for them .To be honest I was thinking of taking my own life ,my wife has left after 31 years because of this debt . I was desperate not knowing what to do, when I started struggling with debt, so approached my bank straight away, who put me in to Payplan. A 30 minute phone call changed things and put my mind at rest. Payplan took all my financial details, and told me they could help me with an affordable monthly ammount to be paid over 4 years. They did all the hard work contacting the firms I owed money to. They even got involved when I received a letter from a collection agency, which should not have happened. Overall very impressed.
