Peace of mind in uncertain times

It is very easy to stack up debts with three children,Iill pets & lots of bad luck,we got left with funeral bills for a lot of uninsured family members,even a younger sister,so Payplan was literally a raft in an ocean of debt,many many thanks Reviewed on: 23rd August 2021

The shoulder you lean on when in dire straits

What the do - provide debt solutions to people who have fallen on hard times - is as important as how they do it. It is the calm, patient and empathetic approach of nearly everyone who works in customer-facing roles which is the gold dust in PayPlan's service. My financial troubles were caused by a number of factors coalescing in the most unfortunate way for me; they were all out of my control and shattered my self-confidence, inducing overwhelming anxiety, desperation and dark, dark thoughts. The days between scheduling the appointment and the appointment were fraught with apprehension but then the phone call came. From the moment identity checks were made and the conversation started, it felt like I was talking to someone on my side, who wasn't judging and was there to understand and help resolve the problem. For this culture of non-judgmental helpfulness alone, PayPlan deserve the consumer award. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2021

Gave me back my life

Payplan have helped me control my debts and have given me back my life. I was in so much trouble with my debts and was barley living. The stress and anxiety I had trying to make my monthly minimum payments was at an all time high. I was told about payplan through a friend who had used them before and so got in contact and asked for help. They were so kind and understanding and not just in the beginning stages but everytime I need to speak to my case worker anyone I speak to from Payplan have been amazing. I am back on track and living a comfortable life while paying off my creditors. The monthly stress of scraping together the money for my debts and worrying about what I will live on and how I can pay to travel to work have now gone because payplan have helped me budget out all my expenses. I couldn't speak more highly of the company or the staff and I thank them for all their help! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2021
