A better solution for the majority of people.

I found myself in financial difficulty after I found myself workless during the first wave of Covid-19. I was struggling to find rewarding employment and having trouble servicing some debt. I approached my bank for help and they referred me to PayPlan. It was a better solution for me - I own my debt and will clear it without necessitating an IVA or bankruptcy. PayPlan helped me create a sensible budget and a realistic amount to set aside to pay my creditors. I am getting no further in debt and sleep a little sounder at night now. Life savers

I am autistic with ADHD which had led me into quite a big financial whole that my lack of ability to make phone calls made worse. PayPlan has helped me reduce my debt significantly to where I can now actually breathe when I think about money. Helped me sleep again

Had got myself into what seemed a never ending nightmare of debt. Sleepless nights worrying how I would pay my outgoings every month my life became a misery. I was afraid and embarrased to get help and there seemed no way out. After mutch gut wrenching and soul searhing I approached payplan fearing the worst but oh my why didnt I do it sooner. Payplan were so reassuring non judgemental and so easy to deal with. They put together proposals for an IVA and the day of the creditors hearing I felt like a man walking to the gallows. What an absolute relief when Nicola rang me to say the IVA had been accepted if she had been in front of me I think I would have hugged her to death. That night I slept like a baby it was the heaviest weight lifted from my shoulders. I am now on the road to financial freedom with an affordable monthly payment and nio more worries or sleepless nights, and not one creditor has persued or contacted me its like ive started fresh.and payplan are by my side my biggest regret why didnt I approach them earlier. Professional and empathetic throughout

Having got myself into a financial mess with no one to blame but myself I did not know where to turn. As a police officer it’s a difficult place to be, especially admitting to yourself that you are in trouble. Through the Police Federation I found PayPlan and so made contact. They got back to me almost immediately and put my mind at ease from the outset, taking on my case and guiding me through it with compassion. They got me the best plan on an IVA I could have possibly hoped for and all the time advised and instilled a new found knowledge in me of how to be more structured and responsible with my money. I haven’t looked back and feel safe in myself that I never will, all thanks to the professional and empathetic help from PayPlan. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
