Helpful, simple and good customer service

Before finding pay plan I looked into many other options and organisations. All the others didn’t really settle my anxiety of debt at all and then I was told about pay plan. With in one call I felt relief immediately. It was simple and they guided me through the process wonderfully. They answered all my questions and put my mind right at ease. I had one of my loans change hands and they guided me through it all and dealt with any problem in the midst. They don’t constantly keep calling and harassing you like I know some do. They just leave you to it as long as you can meet the payment plan they set out for you (which is revised yearly and easily able to decrease if hard times approach). Their customer service have always been friendly, approachable and informative. I felt so silly getting into debt but Payplan have not only guided me through a payment plan they have also taught me about money management for the future too. Very thankful. Feels like they saved my life.

A few years ago I wasn’t happy in my job and decided to quit to pursue a career that I wanted to do more, however this meant me needing to go back into education which would massively reduce my wage. I thought I’d be able to cover my bills but this wasn’t the case and all of a sudden I had debt up to my ears and I had no idea of how to pay it. I can genuinely remember myself feeling as though I was sinking into the ground as I had loan repayments of £500 a month a long with car finance and bills and I had no idea how I was going to get through my life. I searched for ways that I can help this and pay plan was one of the most recommended companies to talk to, they were very understanding of my situation and really put me at ease and they made me feel for the first time that everything was actually going to be alright and I broke down in tears of pure relief. About 3 years have passed now and I am still with them but my life has been financially stress free ever since and I haven’t had to worry about it one bit and I can only thank payplan for this, an absolutely amazing company. Excellent service

My mental health was suffering from companies chasing me for money to pay off my debts. I was unemployed at the time and couldn't see a way out of it. Then I secured employment so I contacted payplan to see if they could help me. We worked together to find a suitable payment plan that was affordable for me. When I sadly lost my job again they put my payments on hold for me and now that I am back in work I have resumed my payments. They have been patient and understanding never hounding me for a payment I couldn't make. A great company to approach when looking for a debt solution. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

Great service!

Payplan has helped me so much they gave me back control of my finances. I am chipping away slowly and pay off anything I can with any extra monies I have got.. Confident in PayPlan service

I was with some old debts, family had a financial business bankruptcy. I went over a lot of pressure! Mum of three, taking car of my mum bed bound and 100% depending on me. I decided to go after help and the reviews about PayPlan were quite convincent. I do not regret at all to ask them for help. In any circumstances they find out a way to help me in order keep up to get my debt problems solved. Very polite and kind staff. Always helpful and providing good information. Stress free

I got help from payplan when i went through my divorce. PayPlan helped me by taking all my worries away by managing everything themselves and gave me the help i needed to manage everything at home which is now stress free. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

Helped me see light at end of the tunnel

Very helpful and honest advice. Gave me a list of options and helped me choose which one would best suit me situation. Then they took care of the rest from there contacting all companies I owed money to on my behalf and 2 years later I am still in the plan without anyone hassling me to pay my debts daily Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
