I contacted PayPlan about a year and a half ago when it became impossible to keep up with my credit cards and loan payments. They have been very supportive as they gave me all the help and advice needed as to the different options available to me. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation to Payplan enough on there help and support and taking a huge stressful weight from my shoulders. Payplan sorted everything out from day one, contacted creditors, whilst being sensitive and reassuring through out the whole experience that was one off the most stressful times in my life and couldn’t see a way out. I was in debt way over my head. I felt like I was drowning, the worry, the sleepless nights and the strain it has on my relationship. Payplan is like a breath of fresh air they took all the worry away. Supported me with my money incoming out going and dealt with my debtors taking everything out of my hands. I now pay affordable instalments each month to help pay off my debt. Very easy to talk to, have time patience and I feel like I’m dealing with companionate human beings, no judgements. At a point where my debts were spiralling out of control and I was being hounded by letters and calls from creditors, Payplan listened, didn't judge and allowed me to work out a solution that was best for me.
