When I contacted pay plan I was in such a mess. Sleepless nights with money worries and a baby on the way I could not see a way forward, I called them and they were super friendly and un-judgemental. Long-term ill health related debt.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with a neurological disability. At time there was no UC only ssp. I wasn't paid any money for the best part of 12 months. So I borrowed money in the form of credit. I then had the situation spiral out of control. As I haven't now been working for the last two years. The team at Payplan, have supported me throughout this. Which has helped take a load off my mind. Which has been invaluable with my disability and mental health issues. First class service by people who seem to genuinely care about me as a person. No communication from creditors to worry about! When things got overwhelming financially I decided to turned to Payplan to help me begin to turn things around. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Payplan offer great support and also practical solutions towards becoming financially wiser and making better choices that help to move me out of overwhelm into action.
