PayPlan have been a lifeline for me over the last few years, after getting myself into a financial situation I didn't think I'd be able to get out they have been a key support in getting my finances back on track. All staff I have encountered have been incredibly helpful & understanding, with clear communication between the two of us they made it very easy for me to live a comfortable life again whilst paying off what I owed in smaller, more manageable increments. Helpful, life changing

PayPlan were so helpful and always friendly. They set us up with budgets and a workable solution towards our debt plan. We are able to make monthly affordable payments in order to pay off full the debt over time while still being able to live normally. Stress relieving. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

I have had a DMP with Payplan and from the first scary telephone call I made to them they allayed my fears and have been continously supportive and helpful. I felt like I had run out of options and decided to give Payplan a try. I'm so glad I did as whilst not yet debt free, I'm getting there and their helpful, non judgemental approach really makes it easier to admit you are in difficulty and need help. I went with PayPlan because they were there every step of the way and explained everything clearly. I was never left feeling unsure, which was important during such a stressful time. I always have someone to talk to if I need go ask a question; Karina is prompt and always helpful when I need advice and I never feel like I'm being mislead in any way.
