Understanding and outstanding service

Nobody wants a debt management plan but when I found I couldn’t cope I went to Panplan who advised me on my options and the pros and cons of each one. They were understanding when I was furloughed and arranged for reduced payments to my creditors during the lockdowns. If it wasn’t for PayPlan I’d still be swimming in debt but I’m on my way to being finally debt free. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

During these past 3 years I’ve with Payplan, I have received the most amazing support. During the time I most needed, they have always been there for me with their helpful advice and supporting me in fundcthe best solution to the issues I have been facing. I could not fault them in any area. They are very professional, friendly, supportive, emphatic and always with a listening ear. Their staff have always make me feel that there is a light at the end of the túnel, even when everything else tells otherwise. I couldn’t recommend Payplan enough. What am amazing team!
