I can now sleep at night!

In 2019 I was so stressed out and worried about how I couldn’t pay my monthly bills. I finally decided to contact Pay Plan after speaking to another debt managing company who I knew were not given me the correct solution that applied to me. The reason being they were trying to get me on to a IVA which I knew I was not eligible for and they wanted to charge me a monthly fee. When I spoke to Pay Plan their customer services advisor put my mind at ease immediately. He went through all of my details and correctly advised that I was eligible for a debt management plan, which was set up for me immediately with no added fees. That night was the first nights decent sleep I had for months. So thank you Pay Plan and all your staff that I have had contact with are so understanding of how people must be feeling at a desperate time. I have told many people about my debt management plan and I’m no longer ashamed of myself anymore knowing I’m managing to keep up with my monthly payment and the annual review is so easy to understand and fill in myself. Honest and helpful

They are by far the easiest company to help get yourself debt free. They have multiple ways to communicate with you making it super easy to arrange your plan. They quite literally saved my life

I contacted PayPlan a few weeks after a serious suicide attempt and the reassuring, non-judgemental voice at the other end of the phone was exactly what I needed. I had gotten into a financial mess and once PayPlan took me on board, I felt hopeful for the first time in months (if not years). If it weren't for them, I might not be here still. Using their services has been very easy and straightforward and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who feels helpless and hopeless when it comes to managing their financial stresses.
