Due to covid my family hit very hard financial times, your household dropped to 40% of its regular income with minimal help from companies taking regular monthly payments. I was advised to speak to PayPlan. The gentleman I spoke to (Oscar) was very pleasant, he was understanding and was very helpful and explained all aspects of debt and what support I had available. He was able to find a plan I could afford and put my doubts and fears at ease. Using the app to make contact and track payments is easy and instant. The good resolution
