They've been nothing but supportive, informative and helpful. I've put off sorting out my debt for years but it only took a few simple steps and phonecalls/emails for Payplan to help put my debts on track. I'm now in a DMP and on top of my debt payments. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

I can’t express enough what a caring and professional service they provide. Not just at crisis point (where the kind and helpful talks literally save lives) but the support as life changes, the advisors confidence is calm support and reassuring. . Fantastic service and staff

I got myself into massive financial difficulty after various stints of being off work through illnesses. I was recommended to speak to Payplan and so glad I did. We went through all my debts, incomings and outgoings and have managed to make affordable arrangements to start paying all my creditors back and to get my credit score back on track. The staff have all been fab who I have spoken with and have been really helpful. Honestly cant fault them. They've helped take a massive weight off my shoulders when I thought there was no way out of the mess I had got myself in. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Nothing has been difficult to arrange in setting up payplan. They give advice on all your options that is clear and easy to understand, then complete the process without fuss. Any queries I've had have been quickly answered through the app. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
