As a self employed person I've received a massive support from Payplan ™ and they've taken away all the stress within days of arranging a telephonic meeting. Lost my business because of the pandemic and my ability to pay the debts. They took my personal circumstances into consideration and proposed a plan that " had me in the centre". I am paying what I can afford after all the bills and day to day expenses. I am also able to buy necessary gifts and for this i am thankful to them that the plan they proposed has been agreed by the lenders. I feel I'm in safe hands. They don't judge you. They help you. I had to find a Debt Consolidation Company, a family member recommended PayPlan. It was easy, and uncomplicated, to use them. Unlike others who were very difficult and complicated to understand verbally and in their paper work correspondence. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Payplan have been very easy to contact - can choose between a regular call or web chat, responded straight away, were very informative and supportive. They were absolute live savers

My husband had to stop his full time work after being really ill, and subsequently is at high risk of heart attack and stroke. Even though I had a reasonable job income it was a huge blow to family finances. I was made aware of Payplan through the CAB. They were literally life savers. My husband had been getting stressed over finances which increased his already high risk of stroke and heart attack. Payplan explained things simply, and guided you through the necessary information needed. They negotiated with the creditors and came up with a plan that we could afford, whilst paying back all the money we owe ( which was important aspect to us). We continue to live in our own home, and bring up our children. Money is tight but Payplan ensure that you have enough to live with and without the constant worry which in that familiar financial institutions commercials….is priceless Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

PayPlan is a life blood for people like myself who has multiple debts. PayPlan has given me my life back and a peace of mind by helping me manage pay my debts in a way that is less stressful and manageable amounts to my creditors. They have had a positive impact on my mental health for which I am grateful for. Since joining PayPlan many years ago, I find PayPlan personnel to be knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, professional and very much client lead in their provision and delivery of their services which are also person centered. They continue to provide me with ongoing support in the management of my debts. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend PayPlan to anyone in similar situation to myself. Fantastic support and guidance at a time when I was feeling at my lowest and didn't think I would ever be able to get out from the crushing weight of my debts. The staff have been very supportive, non judgemental and professional in working with me and my debtors to develop a manageable debt management plan. This allows me to have hope for the future and enables me to have peace of mind and confidence that, eventually, I will be able to pay off my debts.
