The Human Touch

I have had a very good experience with Payplan so far: From the first person I spoke to there who was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, right the way through to now, 6 months later, if and when I need to speak to someone there. I feel like they really know what they're doing and everyone I've interacted with there has been kind, polite and friendly but also professional - the human touch as well as being reassuringly professional. :) Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

They are so friend and make you feel so relaxed when you feel at your lowest and in need of help, they are there. So understanding and put in at easy straight away. Very happy about the service . Quick response. Friendly people i have been dealing with. And I dont have to think, yhat some one will visit my home regarding my debts. I had a few creditors, but now I can pay one monthly afordable payment to all my creditors. I will recomend p plan to every one Ill come across with the same kind of problems. Thank you!
