Professional care in troubled times.

I found myself ln serious financial troubles recently. I chose to talk with PayPal. The people I talked with put me on track to a sensible outcome to my problem. All aspects of the transaction were carried out in an exemplary manner. Professional all the way. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

From Suicidal to Living Again.

When contacting pay plan I was at the end of my tether. Payplan treated me with dignity and respect at a time in my life when I really was at my lowest point, I was depressed and suicidal due to the constant battle with my creditors who where telephoning, writing by email, post & text from 9am to 9pm every hour, 7 days a week. Payplan eased the pressure cooker and allowed me to be able to see the wood for the trees, suddenly I was no longer alone and the pay plan team allowed me to walk with my head held high again after being advised that my case was not unique, many people where in the same position as me and I had done the right thing in seeking help. I was guided through the process of budgeting allowing me to maintain a quality of life, whilst paying my creditors a manageable amount each month. Payplan changed my life and may just have saved it. Taking back control

The advice and help that I received from PayPlan to get my finances back on track has been very professional and a big weight off my shoulders. There for you when you need the most

Thanks to PayPlan I managed to see the light at the end of a tunnel that was getting darker and darker. At the point where everything just got too much and pressure was mounting from creditors, making you loose hope, PayPlan offered the help needed to ensure I would keep on going whilst still able to meet my financial commitments.
