I was in a really bad place a few years ago with debt. I couldn’t afford to pay my bill due to circumstances at home and my job. I was referred to Payplan by my bank. I was able to speak to someone straight away, they went through my finances, my situation , job etc. Took around an hour, I did this all via the message app as I was unable to talk on the phone due to having little ones running round. After the conversation, they explained my debt management options. They give you all the information in each option to has be further reading. You also are not pressured to choose an option straight away you can come back to them you have had time to think. They advise on what might be the best option and will avoid where possible the option that provide you less risk to credit scores. We chose a Debt Management Plan, which has allowed us to make affordable monthly payments ,which has suited our budget. I know have been able to feel at piece with my debt, knowing it is being paid off. Payplan, have been fanatic each year they check in with you to see if any circumstances have changed. They are easily contactable if you have any changes to your circumstances which may affect your payments, they will adjust the payments. A key thing for us was that they contact all of your creditors and deal with proposal and payment of your debt. So you have no correspondence with them.I would highly recommend this service to anyone whom feel they need support with their financial circumstances. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

The company that I dealt with previously charged for there services which I wasn't fully aware of, since PayPlan took my business on, they have saved myself a fair amount of money, over the many years I have been dealing with Payplan, I have always found the company extremely professional, with highly efficient and friendly staff that look for the best solution for my current circumstances, always happy to help and keep you updated on any changes or solutions that may benefit, for example, ways to save on your outgoings, how fantastic is that. Would highly recommend Payplan to everyone that's in financial distress, they don't judge, just help to get you back on your feet, letting you get on with your life with one less thing to worry about, no more sleepless nights worrying about how you're going to pay the bills. Payplan have changed my life.

Pay plan have been amazing from the start. It's been so easy to set up. The staff have been amazing. Helpful at all times. The app has made it easy to keep up to date with payments. Communication has been incredible. Would 100% reccomend to anyone struggling to get on top of there finances. Thanks to payplan as of this month I will be debt free. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
