One very satisfied customer.

I joined Payplan in 2015, when my finances had reached rock-bottom and I needed to come up with an immediate rescue plan. I came across Payplan as my way out. Most of the work is done on the telephone. This method of negotiation has proved to be completely manageable and effective. I went through the initial consultation comprising of all the relevant details of my situation and extent of my debt. I was recommended to take out a DMP plan which I could afford and safeguard my house. Since then, I have been through yearly reviews, over the phone, with confidence. With conscientious application to the terms of my agreement, I have had little harassment from my debtors' with this plan in operation. With my finances in good order, I have been able to get used to a more normal life with some security and without constant financial anxiety. A very helpful and an understanding company

For a number of years now PayPan have been very helpful and an understanding comany that has guided us throught very difficult times in a professional manner, listening to our problems and advising us along the way. Great debt solution company

Accepted me when most others wouldn’t. Have always been instantly helpful with any queries I may have had. Supported me during difficult months whilst pandemic has been on going. Excellent customer service and communication

I have been with PayPlan for a few years now while they manage my financial situation. At every step of each process they have kept me informed of what is expected of me. Quick and Easy

I consolidated all my debts into one easy monthly payment based on my income, Payplan made this so much easier for me than dealing with the creditors directly as Payplan take care of contacting and arrangements the payments on my behalf. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
