My experience with payplan has been amazing. I suffer from depression and anxiety and when things got so bad with my debt they helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel. I was stressed, not sleeping and suffering with anxiety because of the stress. Payplan reviewed my Finances and set up an affordable plan for me to keep up to date and stop the harassment from phone calls etc. Definitely gave me peace of mind. Thank you. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

I have been with payplan for sometime now and they have helped me no end ,they are always there for support and if ypu are struggling to make payment they understand and help you through it. It felt our world was caving in late 2013. We accepted responsibility for our debts and wanted to take the right steps to clear them. Payplan staff were enormously helpful, communicating and gaining agreement with 10 creditors our DMP. Whilst this has many years to run our regular reviews have enabled us to meet our monthly terms and be accepted by our creditors. Thank you very much to Payplan. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Set up my affordable payment and all my help so far has been thorough by the Pay Plan Team. Even when I had to take a 12 month payment break due to emigrating the team was understanding and always in touch. They reduced my affordable payments when in prison so can't say more!
