A stress free way to clear my debts. Excellent customer service when required. Sorted all communication with my debtors to keep the interest at bay. I found it very easy for a smaller monthly payment over a set period of time to retake control of my finances. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

I had absolute anxiety about my money problems, I was constantly stressed about what to do next and how I was gonna get help. I then reached out to PayPlan who have been so amazing, they managed my debts and I cannot believe how much progress I’ve made in a year. Consistently excellent. Very polite and very professional. Protecting me from interest rates was key to tackling my debt situation. They gave me hope in a hopeless situation. It has taken fifteen years but in a couple more years I will be debt free. I avoided bankruptcy thanks to Payplan and did not lose my home. Payplan knows how paying my debts is important to me for my own sense of self worth. I would definitely consider them the fifth emergency service after fire, ambulance, police and the AA. Payplan have really helped me get my finances in order after falling into quite a large debt, they are always helpful when I ask questions and give good advice. The single payment to PayPlan each month really does reduce the stress i was having juggling with 10 + creditors.
