Help when help is needed

I’ve been a client fir sometime. I was down and out my finances a mess following mental health issues and a breakdown in my marriage. I came acriss PayPlan made contact the process coukd of been simpler. With friendly and information providing people I began to get things back on track. I needed help but was always too scared to ask. Payplan have been brilliant and still Continue to support me when needed. I’ve been ill and have experienced redundancy on top If the pandemic. I have found Payplan to be extremely brilliant and professional in the service they provide. They have taken time to understand my situation and also clearly explained the options available to me. Amazing service to get you signed up.

I found service was amazing before signed up, it then drops off after, but they are there if you call and need them. I feel they are clear and happy to discuss options and not just blank you.
