Good to deal with, sorted everything

Payplan saved my life.

From around 2010 to 2016, I really took my eye off the ball financially. I had a young family their expernse combined with work pressure left me very down and depressed. I stopped checking my spending and took out way too much credit. Inevitably, the spending caught up with me and I had to face up to my debts, having even contemplated suicide. Payplan were amazing the talked to me calmly and sensibly and made me aware of all my options. They arranged a Debt Management Plan that I am managing to stick to. They helped me set up a new bank account and their friendly staff are always on hand when needed. All of this was free of charge and I dread to think where I might be now if it were not for Payplan. No award would be high enough for Payplan in my eyes. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Helped me to sleep at night

Life saver

Payplan did literally save my life. I had stupidly gotten myself into a substantial amount of debt and couldn’t see anyway out. I considered some very dark things at one time. One call to Payplan and they sorted everything out, a great payment plan which I am now at the end of. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help and of course the creditors too. Payplan helped me

I approached Payplan when my credit card debt spiralled out of control, costing me hundreds of pounds a month and I reached the point where I could not meet the minimum monthly payments. I found the Payplan staff to be sympathetic and understanding, as Payplan took over my debts and communicated with my creditors. They arranged a monthly payment plan that I could afford. When times got tough (I work in tourism, which is seasonal by nature) I was able to alter my monthly payment to suit what I could afford, and Payplan communicated with my creditors, saving me the worry of having to do so. If you have problems with debt I would thoroughly recommend going to Payplan, as I have always found them very good and helpful. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
