Pay Pal are kind and compassionate, to all kinds of people.

I contact them a few years ago and again recently when my relationship broke down and I was struggling with my finances. I am autistic and dyslexic which mean I also struggle with my mental health. Paypal went through my finance but they cared more about my mental health and making sure that I was okay and she reassured me that I did have to be nervous at calling them and that if I was worried I could call anytime (working hours). For help and support. She also explained different solutions which I could do. This put my mind at ease to know that there are other options that I have. PayPal staff have compassion kindness and empathy and they take you through step by step until everything is sorted out for you. And you're happy with the final situation. I was put in an extremely difficult situation having to recoup monies from the sale of my company through the Courts. This depleted my savings and liquid assets. I turned to Payplan for assistance. Their advice and support was second to none. I would highly recommend anyone who finds themselves in a difficult financial situation to use Payplan and not worry or stress over their situation.
