The best phone call I ever made.

We had very serious money problems, robbing Peter to pay Paul and visa versa, regular phone calls and letters from our debtors were a constant headache. After talking to Citizens advice to see what we could do were told to contact our debtors and try and sort something out. The light at the end of the tunnel came when one of our debtors strongly advised us to give Payplan a ring and without a doubt the best phone call i ever made. Payplan were just so helpful, after going through my full income/expenditure profile a regular monthly payment was worked out that i could afford to pay. Payplan did all the leg work of contacting the debtors and once everything was agreed all I had to do was keep up the regular monthly payment to Payplan. The Payplan staff were great. They have helped me every step of the way over the term of my plan, showing empathy and understanding of my situation. The way they have helped me has been very professional without being "stuffy".! They are also very approachable and calming, taking a lot of the stress out of a horrible situation.
