Life Line support

Saved our lives and home.

About 11 years ago I lost my job unexpectedly, as I am disabled finding another job would be hard. I approached my bank and laid out our finances and showed them if I remortgaged my house I could afford to pay off all my debts and my benefits would be enough to cover my mortgage and daily costs, they basically said no as I needed an income!!! So they advised to contact payplan, which we did, straight away we were given our own adviser who talked us through all the options and laid out a plan. They did everything for us and now 10-11 years later I have been back at work for a number of years, payments to my debtors increase as and when my income does. I haveess than 2 years left and we will be debt free. Without their help we would have lost everything. Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
