Extremely positive experience, I was so stressed and struggling to manage my debts due to a change in circumstances caused by the birth of my daughter and my partner being off work. Payplan were brilliant and so supportive, quick process to work out affordability, they managed all comms with my debtors and set up regular payment. I manage my plan online and have never had to use customer service so can’t comment on that , but I find the site easy to use and have never had an issue with payments, they review regular to ensure the service is affordable and they work out what you can afford to pay so you don’t have to worry, sometimes I pay over my monthly payments if I can, and can also track what is left to pay which is really easy, nothing about payplan is negative.
