Let down, but PayPlan picked me up

After spending years with another Debt management provider, they dropped off and seemed to stop replying or keeping me updated. I've been with PayPlan for roughly 5 years now and I'm updated regularly, I can view and adjust my plan when needed and any other issues they're always at the end of the phone to advise or correct!
