I have been with them for some considerable time on a DMP - around 5 years. In that time - and certainly, at the beginning - they were there fighting my corner and being supportive when not many others were. I have been with PayPlan for many years and they have helped me get my debt under control. Never any judgment just help. I have no worries now as as long as I keep on track everything is dealt with via them. When I needed to lower my payments they dealt with it all. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

its taken me a while but PayPlan have been there supporting me every step of the way

PayPlan have held my hand all the way through my debt management. i'm on the final leg and have been able to achieve paying back all my debts because PayPlan removed all the stress of the situation for me by dealing with the creditors, negotiating my payment plan through an easy to manage budget sheet and provided me with information on all the options available to suit my circumstances. They have also assisted in making me much better at managing my monthly budget and making sure I don't over commit myself in the future. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
