I am just coming to the end of an IVA with payplan. Their service has been nothing short of amazing. They genuinely care for their clients and support and encourage you through all processes. I have felt they have been supportive throughout my DMP and enabled me to flexibly pay off my existing debts in a comfortable way based on my income. The process has always been clear and most importantly non-judgemental. When I’ve needed to ask question they have been available. Over all a really great and valuable service for many people.
