I have felt they have been supportive throughout my DMP and enabled me to flexibly pay off my existing debts in a comfortable way based on my income. The process has always been clear and most importantly non-judgemental. When I’ve needed to ask question they have been available. Over all a really great and valuable service for many people. Reassurance you have got help

I have used Payplan for sometime and I have found the team to be professional and caring always explaining my options and keeping me updated on my plan . When my mental health deteriorated to a point where I thought it was too much a person was there to listen and reassure me that I am not alone . When my husband died leaving me more debt the team understood and helped me to revise my plan .
