Payplan are always courteous and helpful. They are very friendly and nothing is too much for them. There website is informative and well designed and easy to use. You saved my life.

I was very suicidal due to my debt. When I heard of payplan and contacted them I thought I'd been handed the solution to my despair. They've been amazing throughout my time with them. Excellent service , they help you to understand how best to cleat your debt with creditors and are ready to give you any help when you need it. They will send you information in a timely manner and are not intrusive just wanting to make sure that you can manage to clear your debt in the best way according to your financial situation . Outstanding support and service .

We contacted PayPal in 2011 for a debt solution. There advise and support during the last ten years has been outstanding. Our debt is now almost cleared and again the communication and support from payplan is as strong as it's been right from the start. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Since the start of using Payplan, all of the staff have been very helpful. I felt as though I had been guided and given best advice. I still have a few years left to clear my outstanding payments and I’m always grateful for the emails offering support if needed and the annual review. Good luck in the awards and thank you.
