After starting a debt plan with Payplan a few years ago, I can honestly say it was the best decision we’ve made. It has helped us regain control of our lives and ended the constant worry of being in debt. The process was easy and the advisors very helpful. Got into a lot of debt at the time when it was so easy to get loans. Turned to Payplan as didn’t know what else to do and there was no judgement, made me feel comfortable and I am still paying my debts off but I don’t dread the postman anymore & my credit rating is getting better. Literally saved my life

I had nine creditors chasing me morning, noon and night via phone calls to my landline, mobile and work phone, text messages and emails - several times every day. I was on my knees and couldn't take any more. National Debtline put me on to PayPlan. They sorted everything out for me - affordable payments, negotiated with my creditors to freeze interest - and the phone calls etc from them stopped and I have never looked back. I still have a way to go to clear my debt but PayPlan have made it so easy and stress-free and I am forever grateful. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
