Peace of mind

The arrangements that PayPlan have made on our behalf have allowed us to carry on with our lives without a black cloud of debt hanging over us. We still have the black cloud of mental health issues hanging over us as our financial pressure came through my wife suffering from a severe and complex personality disorder which meant both of us have been unable to sustain employment and income at certain critical times which have included multiple hospital admissions. PayPlan have been a godsend and their continued support, understanding and compassion has been a source of comfort for our family. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

The whole staff at Payplan are kindly spoken, caring and fully knowledgeable about their brand. Together, they have hugely eased the massive pressure on the family caused by debt and have regularly reviewed our management plan to ensure we are on the best possible course of action. They have ensured at all stages that as a family we can still 'live' while safely reducing our debt, while they interact on the professional level with all those to whom we have that debt. Financial freedom

14 years ago following my divorce I found myself in a considerable amount of debt. As a single mum to my then 2 year old son I had no idea how I would manage financially. The impact of unmanageable debt on my well being was overwhelming. I did my research on line to see what my options were around accessing support. I reached out to PayPal. The operator was kind and non judgemental. The instant relief just discussing the actual amount of dead and being reassured that a solution could be found was amazing! In January of next year I will be debt free!!! I cannot recommend Payplan enough! People do not need to suffer in silence. Payplan liaise direct either creditors and come to manageable monthly payment divided between all creditors. A yearly review ensure the monthly payment remains manageable and increases can be negotiated if affordable equally payments can be reduced. I cannot thank Payplan enough for their support over the last 14 years! They definitely deserve this award and would get my vote as a biles customer every time Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

The service I received from PayPlan is friendly, caring, supportive and encouraging. They have been a great help to me during a very difficult time. If ever there was any difficulty in our relationship which spans over 5 years, then I can only put my hands up and honestly say it would have come from me.
