I have been in a debit management programme with PayPlan for a number of years now and have found them, at all times, to be courteous and mindful of my needs. Without exception, whoever I have been dealing with, has always been polite and helpful. I certainly do encourage anyone in financial difficulties, to speak to PayPlan for their debt solution.
