easy to deal with and relived alot of stres

A few years ago I got myself into a pickle by having too much debt for me to handle. Payplan help me plan how much to pay back and answered all my questions. Today I am finally debt free and can't be happier. Without Payplan I don't know where I would be at now, the team releived alot of stress I was having and honestly are easy to deal with could not recommend more for people with debt. I felt like I was sinking into depression post covid. I was managing my debt before covid quite well. like may my world changed. I didn't know what to do. I was given Payplan number by one of my friends and called them straight away. they was comforting from the second they asked my name. I went through my debt problems step by step. within 20 minuets of the call I was able to see daylight again. i get regular updates via email, I also have an account so I can track my progress. My Yearly review takes about 10 minuet's online and is stress free. I would advise anyone having problems with debt to contact Payplan straight away, if only for a chat. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

HELP WITH DEBT AND STRESS

TEN YEARS AGO I EXPERIENCED HEAVY DEBT WHICH HAD BEEN BUILDING FOR SOME TIME (THROUGH MY OWN FAULT THROUGH CREDIT CARDS/LOANS/BANK ACCOUNT OVERDRAFTS) AND CAUSED ME EXTREME HARDSHIP AND STRESS AT THAT TIME. I WAS IN FULL EMPLOYMENT AND EVENTUALLY I SWALLOWED A BIT OF PRIDE (I COULDNT REALLY CARRY ON AS IT WAS) AND FOUND PAYPLAN THROUGH THE PCS UNION WEBSITE. AFTER INITIAL CONTACT PAYPLAN TOOK FULL CONTROL OF DEALING WITH CREDITORS AND ARRANGING A DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ME WHICH IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE CONSISTENT STRESS AND WORRY FROM ME. SINCE THEN I LOST MY 30 YEAR EMPLOYMENT THROUGH STRESS AND OTHER PERSONAL MATTERS THAT HIT ME AT THE SAME TIME AND PAYPLAN HAVE TAKEN ALL CHANGES AND DEALT WITH ME AND MY CREDITORS WITH PROMPTNESS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM STILL CURRENTLY IN A DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN WITH PAYPLAN AND ALTHOUGH TIMES HAVE BEEN FINANCIALLY TOUGH OVER THE YEARS I HAVE MANAGED TO BATTLE THROUGH WITHOUT TOO MUCH WORRY AND STRESS ABOUT DEALING WITH CREDITORS ETC. As someone who wasn't very good with money I was stuck, paying off huge chunks from each debt. When I finally got set up with payplan I saved so much money whilst still paying off what I owe. Absolutely brilliant team. I was reluctant speak to payplan about my financial situation. However, they put me at ease and were very reassuring.
