Helped me in times when I thought I couldn't control my debt

I used PayPlan to help me get in control of my debt when my circumstances changed they supported me and gave me the best solution. I am now paying monthly installments without worrying on payments I can't afford. Great staff that communicate with you easily and with empathy. Don't make you feel ashamed of the situation your in. During covid I was made redundant and then only a few months of getting back into a job I was signed of sick for 2 months. Payplan is helping me manage my debt, have quick response to any queries I have or issues I have with payment, and has also got such an easy app to use. I had been struggling to pay off a credit card debt over many cards. I read about PayPlan and took the plunge to call for help. The agent I spoke with was very helpful and never made me feel an idiot for what I’d done. I’m now paying off my debt though a debt management plan and for the first time in my life managing to budget keeping fully on top of my finances without relying on credit cards.
