Contacted Payplan when struggling with debt after a separation. They were understanding, non judgemental, and honestly had my interests and safety as a priority. Therefore I am in the last 6 months of my repayments and 8 couldn’t have managed it without their help. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Very professional. No fees. Options laid out for me.. I entered a debt management plan which creditors agreed to. With interest frozen. One monthly payment I can afford. Debt free by July 2026. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Payplan have changed my life and believed in me

I was in a terrible financial situation about 5 years ago. Having worked with another finance support charity for two years at renewal they decided to reject me. It was Christmas and i was desperate to sort something out. Payplan were exceptionally helpful , professional and understanding right from the start. By April 2025 i will have paid off my debt and i am so grateful to Payplan to receive this financial freedom and happiness. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
