Consisten and helpful

PayPlan have helped me get my debts on track to repayment. They have been consistently communicative and very accomodating and understanding when I have had unprecedented financial problems. They have paused my account, ammended my budget nd been easily contactable during these times. The app perhaps isn't particualrly user freindly and they have not always been very efficient at contacting my creditors on my behvalf regarding any financial changes. Great help in a difficult time

Real Help when I needed it

At the start of lockdown like many people my hrs were cut on my day job and I started to drift into dept. I just had normal every day dept ,,credit card and overdraft and one loan..around 6000.i was still working but not earning as much as I had.so could afford to pay something but not the regular normal amount. .the worry was made worse as at the time we didnt see an end to lockdown,my friend told me to contact payplan,and they were great from the start..they took control and to this day they still are..I get regular correspondence from my creditors about my payments but all the legal stuff was handled by payplan,they took away the worry and now I still have my payplan account and i have nearly cleared my dept with there help..would recommended to anyone.
