This company has made life for me easy and stress free they talk you through everything and help massively ! The representatives that’s have dealt with my case so far have been so helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure life is still enjoyable while trying to get your finances back on track. Payplan staff are truly awesome. They talked me through all the options available to us, and recommended a plan. We have been following this for around 18 months now and it has honestly saved my mental health. All the stress of managing repayments following redundancy have gone and I know that, with changes in circumstances, I can rely on their advice and flexibility. Managed to get myself in a lot of debt so called payplan and they are brilliant,such a weight off your shoulders,i give them information needed and they done all the work, they are always eager to help you, and they wall talk you through your finances/outgoing and will only want u pay what you can afford, some month e.g over Christmas i struggled to make payment,i rang up and they couldn't of been more helpful,put my account on freeze for a month until i was back at work, Very highly recommend Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
