Helpful, easy to arrange and great advice

Contacted Payplan as I was being continuously harassed by a debt collectors. Within an hour, I was set up and no more contact from said debt collectors. Any issues, payplab are there to help and advise throughout my plan. They will contact me and check that the plan is still manageable and if any changes need to be done Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

My husband passed away leaving me in a financial mess. Victim support pointed me towards payplan and I've never been so relieved to sort my finances out without any form of judgement, just understanding and help so I could breathe again and sleep without constant worry.. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Easy, respectful and relieving

I couldn’t recommend payplan enough. I have been on a plan for 3 years and it’s has mostly been stress free compared to before. I was having a breakdown trying to manage my debts. Great unjudged service!

Had all my worries taken away within half an hour of calling and speaking to someone. The Credit card copy should no interest in helping and reducing monthly payments. ( now they get less than I could have afforded at the time) The process was throughly explained from start to finish. I have received great customer service through out. Highly recommend Payplan.
