I was in a really bad place and thanks to the superb staff at Payplan was made to feel like I could get my finances sorted and could get some help. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and took me through my options step by step. I was never made to feel bad and realise that there are a lot of people in this country who are struggling. When greedy bankers can make hundreds of thousands of pounds and normal people, not shareholders, are struggling to survive. I think Payplan should win the award for their Fantastic Service, every member of the team I have dealt with has given excellent advice and service.
