Easy, Fast, Piece of Mind

My plan was easy to set up, the communication from Paypal was excellent. Everything was setup smoothly & once complete I was able to get back to living and not worrying about how to pay the next bill!! Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Literally life savers!

I was close to losing the plot, (and likely lots of other stuff too), when I put my full trust in PayPlan. The understanding and completely non-objective empathy & support was second to NONE! I now am a few years along towards the ultimate goal of obtaining DEBT FREE STATUS!! Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

A good service

I was struggling really badly with my debt even with my previous debt solution company but since changing to Payplan I’ve had a much better experience I know if I have any issues or can’t afford my payment by just emailing them they will help me out recently I lost a loved one and had time off from work which meant my wages were affected by this one message to Payplan and they were more than happy to help me the best they can. Helpful, supportive and friendly!!

Payplan couldn’t be beaten! Really helped me and made things so simple and easy. Never any judgement and staff are always so supportive and friendly. The don’t make you do everything via phone all either which is really nice as people struggle. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Pay plan are super supportive

I was on maternity leave and didn't knownwhere tontrun as I knew my decrease in income would leave me to struggle. I contact pay plan and within weeks my plan was in place its manageable and I feel a lot more relaxed. They are easy to contact and they respond quickly. I like the fact that everything is easily accessed on the app and I can pay more if I have it. If I need to amend my payment I can and they do an income and expenditure regularly ro ensure you cans till afford your payment and you can amend it at the point. Live saver

I was in a very bad place regarding trying to pay credit card bills and it felt like a never ending problem. Depression kicked in and suicidal thoughts until I spoke to a bank and they put me through to Payplan and after the amazing help from the team I was almost crying that it wasn’t the end after all and my life started to come back to normal.
